Welcome to The Neighborhood Hostel. By booking a stay with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Communication Consent

By providing your email address and/or phone number during booking, you consent to receive messages related to your reservation, including booking confirmations, check-in instructions, registration reminders, and checkout information. Message and data rates may apply.
You may reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time.

2. Reservations and Cancellations

Reservations are confirmed only after full or partial payment is received. Cancellation policies vary based on the platform through which you book (e.g., Hostelworld, Booking.com, Airbnb, or direct website). Please review those terms before completing your reservation.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in: After 4:00 PM

  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM
    Early arrivals and late checkouts are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

4. Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for the security of their belongings and must not share door codes or access links with others. Any damages to hostel property will be charged to the guest’s account.

5. No Staff On Site

The Neighborhood Hostel operates as a contactless, staffless accommodation. Guests must complete registration before arrival to receive entry details. Assistance is available by phone, SMS, or email during designated support hours.

6. Code of Conduct

Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward other guests and property. The hostel reserves the right to deny or terminate stays for disruptive or unsafe behavior without refund.

7. Privacy and Data Use

8. Liability

The Neighborhood Hostel is not responsible for loss, theft, injury, or damages incurred during your stay, except where prohibited by law.
